Why there is no 0 star option. Don’t buy and don’t even think to deal with 4k4less. I bought 11/24 Camera. After 10days. I try to call them to find out whats “going on”. They said “Sorry we don’t have black color”, and so I cancel my order. Every step You have to do yourself. Refund confirmation also was typed by them self. Unprofessional rude. The support email adress also not works. So lets see normaly refunds takes 3-5 business days. Lets see how long it will take. Then I will call 311 or will take further steps. Please don’t deal. Spend 5-10$ more and buy from different online store believe me.

I bought a product, and paid for it immediately. It never showed up, so I called the company to find out what was going on. The company told me they were out of the product, so they could not send it and returned my payment. The next day the product was listed for sale on the company website for a higher price. It seems like the price I bought the product for had risen, but they forgot to change the price online. Unfortunately, the company thought the customer should take the hit.

Very unprofessional and unorganized company. My credit card spotted them as a fraud charge, called the bank to let them know I made the purchase. Called 4k4less and let them know the purchase went through and they would send me a confirmation email. SIX DAYS LATER, I never received a confirmation email. So I again called 4k4less, come to find out they never sent the drone, they tried to charge my card 3 additional times after the first purchase. As I'm on the phone trying to figure out what is going on, 4k4less hangs up on me, not one but 4 different times. Do not buy from this company, save yourself the headache!!

We got good cameras at a good price. When they ran out of stock of the ones we wanted, the refunded the money we paid them. The service could have been a little more prompt, but over all we got what we paid for, good quality pricing.

Great service and best prices online. 4k4less had the drone I wanted and gave me several options and packages. Compared to Amazon I saved $200.
