I absolutely love this company!!! I’ve chosen that my staff use 4imprint at both of my jobs when we frequently need promo printed material. For over 20 years, they’ve provided exceptional products and top notch customer service and they rarely ever disappoint. On the rare occasions they have, they always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and they do it with a good attitude. While other companies could careless about their current customers as they focus more on getting a revolving door of new customers, 4imprint does a great job at keeping current customer happy and bedazzling new customers with their great selection of products. In a world where many businesses feel like they are doing the customers a favor by making a sale to them, 4imprint is a rare gem that is still customer service centered and focused on excellence and unfortunately that is very difficult to find these days. I have referred my other colleagues to them and they too are pleased to make them their official print shop as I have for over 2 decades.

Horrible experiences

I found a great variety of goods, great and friendly service and prompt delivery.

Terrible service. Because I have a Hotmail Email address, they assumed my enquiry was fraudulent. When I called they didn't really care. Finally placed an order 3 weeks prior to a critical event and they lost my order. No communication, no offer to fix, no anything. They made me look bad for my event. Wrote a detailed letter to their Corporate Head Office. No reply. No offer to fix. Nothing! Very irritated. Does it not seem suspect that they don't have other review platforms, like Google for example? Wonder why?

In a world or mediocre customer service Karen and Katie have raised a very high bar!!! I just wanted to recognise the outstanding support provided by Katie and Karen this past week. At very short notice re a promo job, they responded with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to helping. Nothing was too much trouble; communication was excellent throughout and delivered exactly what was needed literally first time! Their positive attitude and customer-first approach made a real difference to me, and the level of service provided was truly first class. Thank you both for going above and beyond to get the job done quickly, it was greatly appreciated. I will recommend 4imprint with my global marketing network based on this interaction for sure!!!

Your commercials are stupid!!!!

I have ordered many items over the years from 4 Imprint and have always been satisfied with their service, prices and products. Their Blue box sample program has given me an opportunity to physically view a variety of products and they are very prompt to send samples when requested. Thank you for your great customer service. We recently ordered three table covers (we have ordered from them in the past and consider theirs to be the highest quality). One arrived damaged and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. Their service is as great as their products! Keep up the great work!
