We ordered pocket tee shirts with a company logo. The first delivery (that should give you a clue) thr logo was faded. Keep them, they said, we'll redo, though we would now miss our event deadline. Second delivery was just as bad! They offered a third. We received a credit. No one wears the tees. Go elsewhere. This company is all public relations and no quality.

Website is easy to search but is not intuitive once you try to get details about specific items. I am not sure how others are getting personal attention? It's a website. I find that working with local mom & pop promotional item providers, that they can source more colors and imprint options of items. They also provide updates as items ship and if anything comes in damaged ( which anything can be damaged in production or shipping) they handle it and I don't have to spend my time doing that. I find that paying 10% less for some items is not worth the extra work. I don't have time for it. I always prefer dealing with local professionals than online companies - no matter what the projects are.

Product was great and arrived in timely fashion. HOWEVER, their payment and billing is atrocious. Claimed first payment failed, so provided them another card immediately. BTW, first card was fine and was used later same day for larger purchases. They apparently made an error in card processing. Items received and received a duplicate bill in the mail two months later! Would not recommend them unless you have copious amounts of free time to correct their mistakes.

Placed an order in March, delivery date tomorrow, so I logged into my account to see if it was on it's way yet in 'My Orders' section it said I had no orders in the last six months. Bit of a panic, so phoned them and a bit of a stroppy lady informed me that this part of the website doesn't work! That doesn't bode well does it. The woman on the phone couldn't tell me if it had been sent she just repeated that expected date of delivery is tomorrow, not the best of customer services!!

Ahead of a really important business meeting I thought it would be cool to get some polos for myself and our team. After researching which ones to get and seeing an ad on TV for 4 imprint, I decided to give it a whirl. I decided to get cotton because the sport material gets pulled and ruined easily. I set everything up sent them my logo and was notified a while later that what I ordered was out of stock. (Why did you let me order it then?) $500 later I received 12 shirts in the material I don’t like. The logo was OK but I needed to clean up loose threads which I thought was trashy and should have been done by 4 imprint. The shirts looked huge so I decided to wash and dry them to no avail. I am an XL no matter how you swing it, BUT I almost never order clothes online because nothing seems to fit. So to remedy this I order XS, and S for our female employees and L, and XL for the males. The L is like a parachute on me and the XL is absolutely giant. Would fit a Hawaiian or Samoan probably. Turn around time was long and no one’s shirts fit them. I also looked at the brand name they sent us and found them online on Alibaba for a few bucks a shirt. So, they basically charged me $40 to sew my company name on the breast of cheap knock off chinese shirts. I get the business model and understand promo items are a write off and kind of hokey and a waste of money but I feel totally ripped off. I’ll just go to my local print and sew shop from now on.

Trying to get info and questions answered is like pulling teeth. I did receive a sample cup that we were considering using with a logo but the cup was awkwardly large. I followed up with a CS person, asked specific questions, got no answers because she had to send to a sales person. Salesperson answers only one question and have to play a back and forth with email and a bad review on facebook to get answers. Unlike other companies, you have no idea what your item will look like imprinted because they dont do online virtual mock up. I was told in an email by the uphelpful customer service/sales person I had to place an order for that to ocurr. Also non helpful with answers regarding what formats of artwork. All she did was send a general link. Yea, ok. After leaving a critical review on FB then told I did not have to place an order but approval for a "quote". Why would I do anything without first seeing what it looked like? This company makes it too complicated to do business with.
