We just received the family crest ring in silver. And I have to admit that the ring is amazing. Nice quality nice engraving. Please note that it took 4 monthes to received it and that I sent a couple of worried emails to 4 crest that did not get an answer.. But if you are patient.. it is worth buying at 4crest.

Worst Company I have ever used.
I wish I had read these reviews before I used this company. They do not return email correspondences, and have never fulfilled the order I placed. Worst customer service possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what you can expect out of people that live in Washington. Thieves.

Beautiful Product and Very Helpful Company!
I ordered two framed coat of arms and history prinst in a rush for my wedding without noticing that the advertised delivery time was after my wedding! I contacted their company via email. Like many companies they have switched to an email only customer service, but this didn't bother me as they answered my email the same day. After chatting back and forth via email they had totally resolved the shipping issue by putting a rush on production and upgrading the shipping service free of charge. We received them in time and we got so many compliments on them during the wedding! I normally don't leave reviews online, but they were just so helpful and professional I had to leave one.

Surprised at the bad reviews when I had a great experience.
I made an order with 4crests about four weeks ago. I purchased a lovely glassware set for my mother for Christmas. I received a sample the next day for my approval, which was really appreciated. About two weeks later I checked my email and saw I had received my shipping notice a couple days earlier. To my embarrassment I realized I had shipped it to the wrong address! I immediately emailed their customer service and got a response within about half an hour. I talked to Kyrsten and she went above and beyond to contact Fedex for me and have the address switched to the one I meant to have had it sent to. Kuddos to their customer service and the quality of the product received.

Terrible Customer Service
What others have shared here about this company I must now re-echo. I was a customer and a repeat customer. I believed that I could trust this company to act reasonably, ethically and responsibly. I was in for a very great disappointment.
Over several years, I had bought a number of their products, usually heraldic flags for myself, friends and other family members. The quality of these seemed to be reasonable with the price and I was glad to own them and to give them.
My problem began when I ordered some of their glassware as a gift for my brother. This was displayed in their on-line catalog and had a price tag approaching $200.00. The catalog never claimed that this set of a decanter and four glasses was "crystal." So I expected it to be glassware as advertised. However, I expected it to be the same glassware that was advertised. What I got was completely different. It was etched with my family coat of arms; and, to my mind, it was incredibly ugly! I sent the company an email immediately and received no reply. Two days later, I tried again with the same result. So I contacted the Spokane BBB. They are only too familiar with 4Crests (aka Origin Of Names) and they have an impressive collection of complaints against them. Action by the BBB got me a response within a few hours!
The company claimed that they did not know that a different set of glassware had been sent to me. They said that their "supplier" had changed styles without informing them. They offered me a discount of 30% to keep the merchandise. But by that time, I was really angry and had done a little research on my own. The decanter they had sent was still in its original box and I was able to find that most low-end department stores carry this glassware. I found the same set on-line for about $30.00 boxed or for about $70.00 personalized elsewhere. So I declined their "compromise" and demanded the right to return what was sent to me for a full refund. Today, that was finally accomplished and I cannot give enough credit to the BBB for their help and support.
I notice here that there are other similar problems and complaints. Taken together they seem to show a pattern of business practices that is, on the face of it, "honest," but not quite ethical. This company does not want to hear from a customer - except to receive an order and the money to go with it. Contact addresses on their website do not work and there is no telephone number. This business is run out of a residence in Spokane. Michael Kennaugh is listed by the BBB as the sole proprietor. Since he has already responded to another frustrated customer and that response is available here, I think I should use that as a good example of his dealing with the public. He says, "You do not get an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau from ripping people off." That is very true. Unfortunately, his business does not have an A+ rating and I wonder if it ever did. Their rating with the Spokane BBB is an "F."
Meanwhile, they have claimed to have "thousands" of happy customers. By they time they were responding to my complaint it was "tens of thousands." So why would they allow less than 40 people to get them an "F" rating with the BBB? Why would they not take care of a customer's problem with dignity and respect? Someone else here has labeled them a Fraudulent Storefront and I believe that they are pretty close to the mark. I believe that most of their merchandise is ordered from someone else as they need it. I believe that their "supplier" (at least, in my case) is their nearest cheap department store. And I believe that this company's business ethic has been best demonstrated by its owner, Michael Kennaugh, in his quote above.
Buyer Beware!

Fraud, Worst Customer service, Scam
my son ordered a Christmas present for my husband and I on November 8, 2014, paid 210.00 through pay pal. Today is March 7, 2015 and we still don't have our order. There were numerous emails sent to them that they ignored, finally they replied in February only to say the order was lost and that they'd get it out right away. In good faith I trusted them but since that time tried numerous times to email again about the status and we've been ignored. We just want our money back now. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, this is a scam to take your money and never keep a promise to deliver. The pay pal deadline has passed, If the company is reading this, please just give my son back his money. He ordered this thinking you were a reputable company but sadly you are not. Do right by refunding the money.
