That "company" should not be in business. They are not professional. A coat of arms it is something we should be proud of it. Poor Customer Service without logic saying: "you did not specify the colors on the background in your order, the artist followed all of your request". I send them a picture of my Coat of Arms. The tree should be on blue, blue for blue sky not on red like they did and 2 blades on red, red for blood not on blue like they did. Just don't make sense what they did. They are not trustable. Safe your money and do business with another company. From now on, I'll will double check on some sites what is the reputation of the company before sending my money. I am not interested at all to deal with thieves.

Absolutely a scam company. wrong item sent EVEN with a specific description of what i needed. Then no response or attempt to fix the issue.

Do not trust this company!!!! Customer service and response to emails is nonexistent. I would give them zero stars! After my many emails went unanswered after five weeks I contacted my charge card company to dispute charges. Funny how the next day I received an email from the company saying unfortunately after extensive searching they were unable to find my coat of arms (though name was listed on their website) and they were refunding my money. If course they were refunding my money! The credit card company stopped payment to them. Do not trust this company!!!!!

My experience with the company was pretty good. I ordered my items (a simple coat of arms on canvas, 2 of them) and gave them the country or origin. (Scotland) Now... the time it’s going to take to make and ship your item is a bit confusing. When I ordered and checked out, it said I was paying for shipping for 3-5 business days. Just in time for A gift. Ordered on June 10th. After ordering I received an email saying they received my order and that there would be additional time needed to create my piece. (I mean yea I guess that would be common sense but you would think they would write that out before you ordered) Anyway, 9 days later I received confirmation that the order was being shipped and received it a day ahead of what tracking had expected. June 22nd. Over all I’m satisfied with my order. Colors are vibrant, image is clear. Very nice piece on canvas. After reading some of the other reviews I got worried I may never receive my order or my money back. However that was not the case with this order. I would order from this company again. Hope this helps!

Ordered a family crest ring in March,never received ring. Was told 1 months later the original requested image was lost and to resend it. We resent the image and after a few weeks we reached out again, but was told they could not do that image and sent a very poor quality image of the coat of arms they could do. We requested a refund and still have not received the ring nor the refund after 3 months. Very poor customer service. Does not respond to emails, no phone number listed, after obtaining the phone number to the owner multiple calls and messages left unanswered. Very displeased and now out $300! Do not do business with this company.

I had ordered from this company prior to reading all of the reviews. I became very apprehensive once I saw how many people were displeased with their experience....... However, I must say that this company was fantastic during my purchasing experience. I had placed my order and asked for an artist draft on a couple of my items before production began. Within 24 hours, I had an email with the layout of my family crests being used. They gave me 48 hours to make any changes before production began. Each email regarding my order status or potential ship date was answered within 48 hours being sent. Mikayla was fantastic with updating me on the status and even emailed me a day before I received my tracking information from the company to let me know my order was complete. Customer service was A+ through the entire process. The order was high quality and I was completely satisfied with all of the items I received. I would definitely recommend using this company, but would advise being patient. There is a time frame set for completion of items on their website for a reason. They are made per order and take time. Overall, my experience was fantastic and differed drastically from most that are listed in these reviews.

Have yet to receive my order which was placed beginning of May. Plus they don’t answers any of my e-mails. Mine was a simple order nothing that would take long.
