My experience with the company was pretty good. I ordered my items (a simple coat of arms on canvas, 2 of them) and gave them the country or origin. (Scotland) Now... the time it’s going to take to make and ship your item is a bit confusing. When I ordered and checked out, it said I was paying for shipping for 3-5 business days. Just in time for A gift. Ordered on June 10th. After ordering I received an email saying they received my order and that there would be additional time needed to create my piece. (I mean yea I guess that would be common sense but you would think they would write that out before you ordered) Anyway, 9 days later I received confirmation that the order was being shipped and received it a day ahead of what tracking had expected. June 22nd. Over all I’m satisfied with my order. Colors are vibrant, image is clear. Very nice piece on canvas. After reading some of the other reviews I got worried I may never receive my order or my money back. However that was not the case with this order. I would order from this company again.
