They printed my trifold upside down. I showed them their proofs. They offered a 20% discount on next purchase vs fixing their mistake.

I called on Monday and ordered a banner for a parade for Saturday. The banner was delivered today (Friday day before parade) as promised. The ordering process was smooth and the updates and tracking of my order delivery was wonderful. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend this company!!

My cards did not arrive in time. I placed the order Friday and my flight left the following Wednesday morning. At the conference, I had to give people my old cards which didn't have my web address. I should have planned better and ordered the cards sooner. I was hoping 48HourPrint could save the day. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Still the cards look good and I'll have them for next time.

Fast, accurate, great customer service!

I am writing this review to express my ultimate dissatisfaction with my business card and customer service. I owe multiple businesses and usually get my cards from Vista Print. I order the highest quality silk business cards, and they look like very cheap. I am not able to use them and would be embarrassed to give them to a client. I called customer service to express my concerns on the quality of the card and they said they wouldn't refund me or print on a different card stock. Save your money and get a high quality card somewhere else. These cards are subpar and more costly then the competition.

I was shorted 4 notepads out of 60. When I used the chat feature I was told they could only give me a refund for those 4 bc they don’t do reprints for shortages less than 10%. I proceeded to share my disappointment because I actually needed the 4 notepads. When I said I was planning to leave a bad Google review they all the sudden could offer me better: they could reprint the 10 and charge me for them, plus shipping and tax, but they would give me 30% off…so because of their mistake, I would need to spend over $100 to get what I had already paid for. I expressed that this was unsatisfactory and they came back several times with different/better offers. I was on the online chat customer service for over an hour. The best they came up with was giving me the 10 notepads for free, but I would have to pay shipping and tax, which came out to about $25. Out of principle I declined because why should I have to spend $25 to get what I originally ordered and paid for?! Terrible customer service. I ended up getting a $15 credit back to my card that’ll be available in 7-10 days and 4 of my clients won’t be getting notepads. The whole thing felt like a scam.

Speedy service, great communication, and high quality! Just wish there would be installation instructions came with the set. Overall, I’m very satisfied!
