It was to arrive for a trade show on a Wednesday and didn't arrive until after show was over and I had left. Now I have to reship to myself at additional expense. They provided a $45 credit, while appreciated, feels like a full refund would be fare given I got no use out of the piece.

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in time for your trade show and understand how frustrating it must be to receive a product you weren’t able to use. Could you please provide us with your order number so we can review this further and see how we can best assist? -Customer Care

They were a little wrinkled on the side. Due to the packaging. FedEx didn't help it by stacking them on top of each other. The design of the posters came out great. I would definitely rethink the packaging. Especially to a delivery company that doesn't care about the integrity of the boxes or doing a good job. Which is the only reason I give it 3 stars. I can fix the few corners that got wrinkled. I do plan on ordering more when I run out. Even stickers and vinyl banners as well. You haven't lost a customer. Stuff happens. Thank you for your service and have a wonderful day.

Thank you for your kind words and continued support, and we look forward to helping with your future orders. -Customer Care
