Two banners with less but charged the same
I ordered the original banner with Grommets, but it arrive without grommets or hemming. Both should have been identical except for the artwork. It was the first banner that I ordered. Difference in pricing .28 cents. I have an event next week and I have one banner I cannot use.

We’re sorry to hear one of your banners arrived without the grommets and hemming you were expecting, especially with your event coming up so soon. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that does not match the original order specifications. Please update your review with your order number so we can take a closer look and assist you as quickly as possible. -Customer Care

Poor printing job and presentation
Poor printing job and presentation. Cards are irregular sized and basically un-usable.

Do not fall for the eco friendly choice
Man, I’m so bummed. I’m a brand new non-profit and I was so excited to use some of the small amount of extra funds we had available to order stickers to give out. I have no idea how or why but I ended up with brown paper bag colored stickers. I’m all about being eco-friendly but I had no idea my entire sticker would be made from brown paper. I wish the proof approved would have shown what the sticker was going to look like because I wouldn’t have accepted it. Lesson learned.
Response from 48HourPrint.comMay 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear the stickers were not what you expected, especially when this was an exciting purchase for your new non-profit. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a material different from what you had envisioned. Kraft paper stickers are printed on a brown, recycled paper stock that gives designs a more natural and eco-friendly appearance, which can affect how colors appear once printed. We appreciate your feedback regarding the proofing process and understand how a clearer preview of the material effect would have been helpful before approval. -Customer Care

Nightmare to cancel
put in order yesterday. Was disappointed I could not see the actual colage on the table banner, I requested to see it before they shipped it. I didnt hear anything back from them. I kept checking the order to see if I could view it. Sent a couple emails asking.. I have been on chat with them, he put in a order for someone to call me back to cancel order. Called the number on my order that says Item is on hold, call this number 800-844-0599. talked with him, they all argue and dont want to cancel order. he transfers me to cancel, comes back on the line 10 minutes later and says they are all busy and will call me back with in 2 hours. So I call the number on internet here 800-844-0599 push #2 as instructed. Talked with her and she puts me on hold again to come back and say the cancellation person is not available and will put me inline to get a call back with in 2 hours. This is absolutely rediculous and I really think this is a scam of some sort, it wont let you cancel online and then you have to wait inline to talk to someone to cancel. Something is not right here..
