These guys have great initial prices but they will try to bait and switch you. After placing your order you will receive a phone call. This will be a high pressure sales call trying to upsell you on whatever you bought. I dealt with them twice. Once for a camera package and once for a lens. Both time I got aggressive upsell calls. One time I had to threaten cancelling altogether before they would send me what I ordered. Great pricing but aggressive on the upsell. There is no way I ever deal with these guys again.

I have purchased camera bodies, lenses and accessories from 42nd Street Photo for many years. The customer service is exceptional. The products are deeply discounted. I will only purchase my photography equipment from 42nd Street Photo.

42nd Street photo has been great to deal with. Their team members have been very professional and have exhitibted customer centric recommendations. They provide personalized service and been transparent with regards to their products and warranties. My camera, lens and accessories have arrived in a timely manner as advertised and described. It is kind of funny how they deal in a "first name culture" of staff members, but you can tell these guys hustle and are very much concerned of how their customers feel about the service and products they are selling. I'd certainly recommend this seller, especially if you like to actually speak with the people who stand behind their sales.
