I appreciated the follow up call I received from Adam. He reviewed the camera applications with me to ensure it would meet my needs. He also explained and priced out additional related items applicable to the camera I purchased.

I received a call from 42nd Street Photo the day after I placed my order to confirm shipping, and to see if I wanted a warranty or accessories. We also discussed lens and shipping options. It's pretty unusual to get one call about an online order, but was glad I did. I was able to upgrade to the better lens for less than most places. Thanks, 42nd Street! Cathy

I received a call from 42nd Street Photo the day after I placed my order to confirm shipping, and to see if I wanted a warranty or accessories. We also discussed shipping options. I was good. The next day, another call with a new shipping option, which was perfect. It's pretty unusual to get one call about an online order, much less two. Thanks, 42nd Street!

I purchased a Sony Lens from 42nd Street Photo and can only say my experience was nothing but great. Their web site is very easy and quick to use. After the order was placed, it was followed up with a phone call, verifying and confirming the order. There was no pressure to purchase anything else. Great pleasant people to work with. My future purchases will be from 42 Street. Ed

After placing my order they got in touch with me to review the order to ensure that I was getting what I wanted and helping me get the most of my money. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable with cameras and most of all super friendly. I will definitely be buying from them again.
