Jake - We would like to address any misunderstandings as we have done a deep dive into all of your statements. 1) We do not guarantee Google first page placement as this is not something that can be guaranteed. We do however provide search engine optimization services that helps your business reach page 1 of Google and it is our goal for you to stay there as often as possible. 2) You were a victim of fraud. You had companies calling you claiming to be 411 Locals and they were the ones hanging up on you when you asked them for your website credentials. We are sorry that those companies targeted you. 3) We have many notes in our system of being sent to voicemail, so it seems we were just not catching you at the right time. We will take this away as a growth opportunity. 4) A majority of your money was already returned to you through your chargebacks that were filed, even though services were rendered. However, we do understand that the fraud companies that were contacting you really put a sour taste in your mouth. Hello Efrain - We apologize if there was an opportunity for helping you to understand optimization timelines for your area. The timeline to reach the first page for short tail keywords in your area of Trenton, NJ for a roofer is 7-9 months. You signed up November 11, 2021 and unfortunately cancelled March 22, 2022. You were a customer for about 120 days (around 4 months). Hopefully this provides some better optimization timeline understanding for you. We wish you and your business nothing but the best.

Beth - We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding. Please allow us to clarify things: 1) The account required re-verification from Google and that was why starting 01/16/22 thru 02/02/22 your listing was under review. When we sent your business license to Google the listing was visible again at that point. 2) Website changes do take 24-48 hours to be made. 3) Website changes do require a communication process to ensure they are exactly how you want them, we apologize if that process was an inconvenience. 4) The website and its contents are leased to you and you are able to purchase them at anytime for a small fee. We hope this clarifies everything for you and we do value and appreciate all of the time and money you invested while with 411 Locals. We wish you nothing but the best.
