I was let go because the manager stated that I had “gotten under his skin.” From my perspective, the work environment was extremely challenging, with poor management, a lack of professionalism, and a team that I felt lacked the necessary marketing knowledge and expertise. There were also significant concerns regarding the way the company operated, which made the overall experience very difficult and disappointing.

Hi Yousra Ahmed, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this was how you felt about your experience with us. We understand that your time with the company may not have turned out the way you had hoped, and we respect that you have your own perspective on what happened. At the same time, we were saddened to see these concerns shared on a platform that is intended for feedback about our services rather than matters relating to employment. We would never want to take away anyone’s right to express their feelings or share their experience. However, we believe that concerns about management, colleagues, or the circumstances surrounding an employment decision are best discussed directly and through the appropriate channels. We also want to clarify that the decision to end your contract was not simply because you had “gotten under someone’s skin.” There were management and business considerations behind that decision. While we understand that you may not agree with the outcome, we hope you can also appreciate that there are circumstances and perspectives that may not always be visible from one side. We’re truly sorry that your experience with us left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. We value the time and effort you contributed during your stay with the company, and we genuinely wish you well in your next chapter. We hope you find a workplace where you feel valued, supported, and able to use your skills and experience to their fullest. We wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
