I terminated my account and they charged me $287 to do that in December of 2020. I was not able to get google to accept my business account until February of 2022. They suck

411 locals is the biggest scam out there! We tried to work with them for months to get our name out there! All we ever got was a lot of run around and poor service! After we decided to terminate we ran into more issues and more run around! 5 months of lost time due to there poor service and unability to do what they were hired for! Save your self the money and look elsewhere!

We do not guarantee you customers nor can we. We simply place your business online to be seen and help you make it as attractive as possible for a potential customer. You allowed a few months for optimization in a large city that takes 7-9 months for optimization and that is why your potential customers was minimal. The most valuable part of the Online Presence Package is the fact your business will appear on the first page of Google after your technician has optimized your Google listing and website. A benefit to being on the first page of Google is getting more phone calls. If you are in search of "instant results" the online presence package is not the solution. I wish I could leave zero stars for this company. This company charged me money for doing absolutely nothing to benefit my company. It told me that they would provide a service and never provided it on top of the fact day have a fake number on there website that is stopping customers from calling my actual phone number.
