This has got to be the worst company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. They do not listen to your requests and could care less about your feedback as long as they get their money

I have been using 411 locals for 10 years and they are not expensive and they keep me up there in google. Very happy. They are honest and hard working. It doesn't matter the accent they do an inexpensive and good consistant job.

I wish I had listened to my gut when I took the first phone call. I have spent HOURS on the phone with representatives of 411 locals who barely speak english, much less clearly. I have told multiple people about my company. How I am different from other plumbing companies. But they don't listen. I have told them the area I work in (not the area I reside in) Yet they continued to market me for services I didn't offer in areas that I don't service. I have not received one single call from their advertising since starting in April. But upon Cancellation, you can bet they pro rated and charged me for the false advertisement in areas outside of our service area. Don't sign up with them. Don't give them your money!
