The printer package arrived on time and the customer service was great. The printer itself needed a few tweaks to get working properly; the extruder's stepper motor's potentiometer needed adjusting so that the filament wouldn't slip in it. Otherwise it works fine

I have ordered anycubic predator here. Delivered by UPS from local warehouse. Had little issues early but I contacted sales, Zander asked anycubic techsupport to solve those issues. They did it promptly. Very pleased with responsiveness. I will definitely purchase again.
