I have had an Anycubic Kossel Linear+ for over a year now, time to add more printers for versatility. So I ordered an Anycubic Photon and Chiron. I was a bit concerned because I'd never heard of 3DPrintersBay before. Regardless, I ordered both plus resin, package shipped, tracking received, cool. The Photon arrived and nothing else, I thought I got scammed, no other tracking numbers, no backorder email, nothing. I email them asking when I can expect my package or refund, 2 days later they reply with the tracking and the resin arrives, next day the Chiron was delivered. Everything brand new, functions perfectly, running constantly since they've been calibrated with no issues. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: 1. They are like the middleman, so emails, generally, go from you, to them, to manufacturer, back to them, then to you. So be patient. 2. The payments are through paypal, so you have 30 days or whatever to dispute, so be patient. 3. They don't use 110 in every country on the planet, so like me, you may have to switch your 110/220 switch to show 110 before your printer will function properly.
