3DPrintersBayReviews of 3dprintersbay.com

I purchased a cr 10 max and the whole process went pretty smooth. Great packaging and the prints have come out great so far. Excellent prompt customer service. I trust this company and the communicated honestly as well.

Great experience. Bought 5 printers from thrm

I've ordered Creality CR-10 V2 from this website. I didn't conduct a research before buying, but seller promised 2 days processing of the order. After waiting 4 days of processing I've contacted the seller, and received a response saying that the item is backordered, meaning you need to wait while it will be in stock. With this info and after reviewing the feedback about the seller I decided to cancel this order and order from another place, since this item was purchased as a gift, even though I've ordered it in advance (1 month prior to celebration) unclarity of when I will receive it scares me. I don't mind giving a higher star rating, because I understand the way seller sales their products and maybe for that way of selling they a doing great, but I hope everything will go smooth with my order cancelling and refund, because this is an important part of the online seller's business. EDIT: I've received refund with no problems.

Great site! Buy all my printer here now! They arive fast and they have the best prices around(if not they match it) great customer support team very helpful and fast to respond! I highly recommend! And the unit doesn't have to be instock in us to get it fast, shipped my last printer from china in less than 10 days 2 my door.

My first 3D printer, I have help getting started though. Less than a week and have already started into production getting great results. Enjoy having the large format being able to print one solid piece. It arrived slightly damaged, 3DPrintersBay and Phrozen had replacement parts being shipped out in under 12 hours with no hassle. Amazing customer service from both.

You guys are awesome. Ppl who are printing PP and front line folks like yourself who are helping during these times of need. Keep it up guys!!

My printer arrived in 6 working days, however they provided the tracking number late, in the day the package arrived.
