I bought a Creality 3d Printer and I had a great experience with 3DPrintersBay: (1) that's the best price I found all over the internet; (2) customer service was fast and effective; (3) shipping was fast and my printer was delivered within only 3 work days in the US; (4) my printer is now setup and running perfectly.

Great company. Family run. They go above and beyond what is expected I highly recommend them. My Photon S was delivered well protected and exactly on time from California warehouse. It took about 10 minutes to get my first print going. I’ve heard a few people complain that plastic casing seem breakable. I don’t really slam my printer around. So I’m not worried. All the critical parts seem rock solid.

Shipped within two days of order! Have been in a fight with Gear Best to purchase the same equipment, they refused to give me a refund and could not ship because they did not have stock! Will purchase again!!!

I purchased a Creality CR-10 V3 from 3DPrintersBay This Purchase was as Smooth as you would expect from any Company, But of late I have had just to many problems and a lot of Excuses from very Large Business’s I would love to Name but if they read this they would know me, From the Day I ordered my 3D Printer from 3D PrintersBay I received an email with all I needed tracking no and an estimated time of arrival, I was notified when it was sent out and I just could not Believe it when I had. Text message from the Delivery Driver that he will be Delivering My Parcel Within the next hour, And he Did, This has been A great Sale from 3D Printers Bay And I will be buying from them Again, You probably think this Is a sales pitch but I can assure you it’s not, I Am just happy that I had a smooth buy and an excellent Customer Service, Thanks To 3DPrintersBay

Pretty happy. It's not amazon prime, but I was delivered an Ender 3 in about 6 days! I ordered it with a glass bed and everything was appropriate. I was thinking the order would take longer, but for the price nobody else could beat it.

Gotta hand it to 3dprintersbay, they delivered super fast, at my door in a day and a half! Customer service was very responsive, I was very impressed. Based on my experience, I would whole heartedly recommend dealing with them. The Ender 3 V2 is a great little machine. For the price it’s hard to beat. The upgraded electronics is worth the extra money over the Ender 3 and Ender 3 pro in itself, the silent drivers are just that, silent. No whining steppers to listen to. And the firmware is super easy to update, no boot loader needed. It comes with a little bit of white PLA in the box to get you started as well.
