I have had nothing but problems since I ordered this printer. Broken parts, poor quality. That isnt this companies fault but the manufacturer sent me the wrong parts to fix my printer and now I cant get help from anyone. The last time the only way I got anyone to help me was by doing a bad review online. I would not recommend this company. It's a crap shoot whether or not you will get good service.

Excuse after excuse Ordered a printer, waited a few weeks and still had not received shipping notification. When contacted, the rep I had dealt with gave excuse after excuse as to why the item has not shipped. Waiting for a refund at this point.

Dear Michael, We sincerely regret for this inconvenience caused. We are working hard to resolve your shipping issue with Anycubic Manufacturer Rep Jane who have been not responding to our mails. They did ask excuse because of their Chinese new year. However it should not be anymore. I've escalated this incident now with Anycubic management. We will get back to you with the shipping status as soon as we hear back from them.
