She kept me updated every step of the way - from production line, to shipping, and even after delivery with any questions I had. She sent me tutorials, videos, photos and more. I am about to make a second purchase and will only use them going forward.

After trying to look into buying a 360 photo booth. I was lucky enough to have Jessica reach out to me, She helped me with my first purchase back in November 2022. Helping me to create the logo I use on my 360 Photo Booth and even an extra logo for the case it comes in. Delivery went good as well. After about two month, I was able to reach back out to Jessica to help with getting my second 360 photo booth. It happened to be the day before the holidays. And part of me expected to have to wait until after. Yet she came through and was able to get my booth out to me before the holiday. Delivery was even quicker the second time. The 360 Photo Booths are amazing. On top of that, the services provided by Jessica was phenomenal.

From start to finish everything went great. I spoke with Eric and he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about all their booths. Then I worked with Jessica to fulfill the order. She got my booth set up with my logo and everything was shipped to me within a week. I am very happy with the 360 booth.

Ordered a new motor and remote for my 360 Photo Booth business, the customer service from Eric was absolutely fantastic, verified I was definitely ordering the correct equipment, kept me posted on delivery dates and times! Will definitely be using 360 SPB in future for my Photo Booth needs
