Their warranty is deceptive
Their warranty is deceptive. It says 5 years but it's really only 1. Anything outside of the first year they don't cover. They sold me on the fact that it comes with a 5 year warranty but they do not honor it.

Based on this assessment, the product was functioning properly and did not have a quality defect. Additionally, your purchase was made over two years ago. Your request involved replacing a consumable component without a confirmed quality issue. Even so, we still offered a discounted solution and were willing to provide a replacement motor with only the shipping cost covered by you, as a gesture of goodwill.
