But we find that your 360 photo booth has not been ordered from us, so not sure if our light will fit into your machine. our salesperson Summer tried to contact you continuously for around 3 days through the phone call, text message, and email you left while placing the order. But we never got a reply. To avoid you forgetting about this order and wasting money, we have decided to refund you first. You can order it again if you still need it. Dear Damisi: You seem to be a very UNREASONABLE PERSON ! You NEVER BOUGHT 360 machine from us but the motor recently, our sales tried to contact you to ask for more details about 360 machine to ensure our motor can MATCH YOUR 360 BUT YOU NEVER SENDING US PICTURES OR VIDEOS. Just imagine that we directly sent our motor without confirmation with you but failed to match your machine, will you ask for a refund right? So we've been trying to help you and spending our time only selling a motor without any profit, and now you're complaining and giving us negative feedback? Is it fair?

Thanks for your review. Sorry, for the problem you met. The CP1500 printer you ordered is ok to compatible with the photo booth, but can only print standard 4" x 6" photos. For the Long strip photos, you can choose our DNP DS620. It provides flexibility on photo formats and offers anything from a 2x6” photo booth strip to gorgeous 6x8” photos. Go even larger with 6x14” and 6x20” panoramic prints. Our salesperson Zoey contacted you about that. She will contact you soon again to help you out. Thanks a lot.

Every process are seriously controlled. 1. Raw Materials Supply Inspection Each part will be fully viewed and checked, we won’t use them if there are any scratches or flaws to ensure sure best quality; 2. Production Management System All new workers have to receive strict training for two weeks and only qualified members can be our formal employees. Both workers and production leaders have to bear responsibilities if there’s any product issue. 3. QC System 8 members of the QC team are very important to the group in our factory, all of them have at least 3 years of working experience and know very well every production process. We’re proud of their great professional attitude to control quality and ensure all products are great when customers get them. 4. Packaging System Considering delivery safe and space-saving, we customize inside and outside strong flight case to make it. 5. Last Inspection Before Shipping System QC teams double-check whether product specs are completely the same as order content. We provide lifelong person-to-person service. Summer is in charge of your order, and she told me that she contacted you right away after you placing the order, and kept you updated until you receive the goods. She said that she only receive one photo of the packaing from you with small depression. I'm really sorry that the packaging is not under the warranty. But we are willing to provide you with some extra logos for free with your following orders if in need. Summer will contact you again right away about that. And help you out with any questions. BTW, 360SPB is a very famous brand, you can also easily find us to change a salesperon to be in charge of you on our website, Facebook, Instagram, etc if you are not satisfied with Summer's service. Hi Crystal, Thanks for your review. The curved arm is only for our own 360 photo booth. Your 360 photo booth is not ordered from us, so the pole is customized according to your own 360 photo booth, so the appearance looks different. Thanks.
