Ordered 3 pairs of the same shorts. Two are great one is way bigger. They are visibly larger and they don't stay on my waist like the other ones. After several emails and sending pictures to document issue I was told that the shorts were within expected specs.

This company needs to do a MUCH better job of coordinating their logistics. I am a repeat customer who placed another order, to discover 2 days after its placement that my address (on file and linked to my payment info) was messed up in the confirmation form. I contacted 32 degrees immediately with attached screenshots and a detailed explanation of the issue. I got a canned response about their policy on changing orders from someone with the reading comprehension of a peg. After another reiteration of the problem I received an email from someone sounding less like a bot, who assured me the correct address info would be communicated to the delivery driver. Two days later I got a "your package has been picked up for delivery " text message ... WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS, but not just wrong. Different wrong. I communicated my frustration to the company who once again assured me they'd rectify the issue. This morning I got an alert that a Door Dash driver was on his way... you got it... to the wrong address. I called him, explained their mess-up and texted my correct information. He acknowledged that he understood and that he'd be taking the package to the warehouse. 10 minutes later I get a photo of my package sitting outside some random door in another borough. The level of unprofessional attitude and sheer laziness is infuriating. They pretend comprehension and problem resolution, but in the end nothing is done. I was proactive about spotting the mistake. Well before anybody set out to deliver it, and notified the company, at which point they should have corrected the inputted error and communicated with their chosen delivery service. This experience- the fixable logistics issue and very lackadaisical customer care- has left a sour taste in my mouth. I won’t be shopping with 32 degrees again and make sure to dissuade everyone I know from doing business with them.

I placed a large order with 32 Degrees, and my credit card was charged immediately. However, the shipment was never even received by the shipping carrier, and I never received any of the merchandise I ordered. I contacted the company several times through its online chat to report the problem, but my complaints were ignored and nothing was done. I received no communication, no explanation, no follow-up email, and no merchandise. Based on my experience, this company charged my credit card but failed to ship my order or respond to repeated requests for assistance. I am now forced to pursue other avenues to recover my money and resolve this matter. I hope other consumers are aware of my experience before placing an order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM

Originally, I placed an order for several items and I was relatively pleased, even though their are sizing is a little off, and the prices were good. So I decided to place a second order. Somehow, during the ordering process, and I think they use Shop, they picked up the wrong address. They are sending it to a PO Box seven hours from where I'm at and where I will not be for another three months. I contacted them immediately before they shipped to let them know that the address was incorrect. I asked them to pull the order and ship it to the correct address or if it already went out to send me a duplicate order to the current address with a mailing label so that I could send the other order back. Apparently they don't trust me. They refuse to do either. They refused to pull the order before it was shipped and they refused to send me a duplicate order when it was their fault that it's going to the wrong address. Therefore, I will not be doing business with this company again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either.

32 Degrees has the WORST shipping and customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order and once it shipped I was told is would be delivered by Door Dash - I thought that was a bit odd, but whatever works for them. I got a notification that my order was delivered but I was home, I have dogs, I have a doorbell camera and nothing was delivered to my house. They sent me a generic picture of a box sitting on a porch that was definitely not my house. I looked at every house in my neighborhood and the streets around me, no one had a front door that looked like that. The address they had on file was correct. I guess Maurkese from Door Dash is enjoying some new socks and women's sleepwear. It obviously was never delivered to me and 32 Degrees did nothing but say they'd try to refund my order. What a joke!

I can't comment on the quality because shipping has been tiresome. FedEx is horrible. I don't think that I'll be going through this again. No matter what this underwear feels like. If the price seems to good, there's a reason for it.
