I can't comment on the quality because shipping has been tiresome. FedEx is horrible. I don't think that I'll be going through this again. No matter what this underwear feels like. If the price seems to good, there's a reason for it.

I do like the products I’ve used so far but given the shipping costs I would expect the shipping time could be better. It’s painfully slow. It could be delivered via pony express faster than the service they use. Lower the cost of shipping or speed it up at it’s present cost.

I love my 32 Degrees Sweatsuits (I bought 2). Very soft and cozy feeling. The price is great, too. However, don't like the pilling. The suits are new and immediately showed widespread pilling on the bottom front and both sides of my top This piling makes it look worn. Sincerely ALICE DONOVAN

On the one hand, their clothes are GREAT. I absolutely love them. I've ordered, coats, shirts, pants, socks, underwear, etc., and am happy with all of their products. On the other hand, it is ALWAYS a crap shoot as to WHEN my goods will arrive. Their shipping is absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. So if you don't mind waiting, sometimes for weeks, the products themselves will more than likely satisfy you. Just DON'T hold your breath waiting for them.

Still waiting on order - (update package arrived ). Each part of their shipping blames the other and has no answers, it is equal parts UPS, Mail Innovations, USPS and 32 Degrees. The shipping is very frustrating as no one really answers you. If you ignore shipping and just wait until whenever it comes -- I guess that would be the way to go

The delivery was pathetically slow. Stop using UPS

The zipper is crap on my husband's zipper. He can zip up fine but takes several tries to unzip.

Bought the ‘down’ jacket in a XXL. It fits tighter than the vest I bought of theirs at Costco a few months ago that is big on me. I think their sizing is quite inconsistent. Also, the jacket I bought had the zipper sewn shut at thr bottom!!! I had to seam-ripper it open. WTH? I guess you get what you pay for!
