I have purchased many items for myself and my husband at Costco and directly from 32 Degrees. All have been great, super comfortable and some have held up for many years.

I want to share my experience with 32 Degrees, because many of the negative reviews seem to be related not to the company or their products, but to the shipping carrier UniUni. If you choose expedited shipping (FedEx), you can completely avoid the hassle people are complaining about. That made all the difference for me. Their customer service has been wonderful—responsive, helpful, and professional. The quality of the items is very good, especially for the price, and this is the same brand that’s trusted and sold at Costco, which says a lot. Bottom line: ✔️ Quality products ✔️ Great customer service ✔️ Choose FedEx expedited shipping and you’ll have a smooth experience I’ll definitely continue ordering from them.

I place several orders with this company. I love the products for the price point and everything has arrived in a timely manner.

I was skeptical I’ll admit it. I have to say I a pleasantly surprised! Colors are beautiful and the jackets are nicely made. I can’t really say to the warmth yet but I will definitely buy again. Shipping was very fast and customer service was good. Absolutely worth the money you save.

I was skeptical at first as I found this company on FB, I went to their web site and saw a lot of cute clothes but again skeptical regarding the quality as the price points were in line with my budget. I have been buying since July and I have NEVER gotten a product that I didn't like or the product was cheap and knew I'd only wear it a few times before it fell apart. I can't rave about this company enough and shocked to see so many poor reviews as I have bought enough of their product to justify 5 stars and then some.

Despite all the reviews I read about how bad the site was, I ordered $50 worth of stuff anyway. It came in within 1-2 weeks, packaged nicely, and sent me an order receipt and confirmation, which fit perfectly. The site has probably gone through some updates, speaking that all the old reviews say terrible things, but I had no problems at all, and it was actually a really enjoyable experience.

I don’t understand the low reviews. I’ve bought numerous items from 32 degrees. And have completed numerous refunds without any problems. I return the items as stated unused, tagged, in the same bag. My refunds come a day or two after delivered. One time an item was not included in the delivery, my email was answered immediately, and I received a refund. No problems. I know what I’m buying. The base layers, some tops and pants are good. When you are paying $7-$12 for items, it’s not Nordys

I feel like some one is paying to give them negative reviews lol. I bought a lot of hoodies, shirts, trousers and pants from them. They were all great. Shirt quality is a little meh tho . Delivery on time as well
