I've ordered from this company several times, and the merchandise has been fairly good. Some of the quality was not what I expected. Some of it was poor and some of it was great. Their return policy works well with exchanges, but returns policy is not that great. You have to pay a fee, which is taken from the cost of the return(s). You may want to size up on their pants because putting them in the dryer causes shrinkage. Pricing is good on products. Their base layer merchandise holds up well. I've purchased two jackets from them and they are holding up well so far. Delivery is fast, so it processing returns and exchanges. The online process for return/exchanges really needs to be tweaked because it gets confusing once you input information it's hard to tell if it's been confirmed. All in all this company does well with service and products

Slowest shipping/fulfillment ever! I'm on the West Coast and the shipping always takes the maximum number of days that 32 Degrees states (9 BUSINESS days after the day the order was placed) to receive. If not for slow shipping, I'd rate a 5-Star. The products are nice quality, especially for the price. Sizes run a bit on the large side, but I now account for that and order XS. Super products! Super Slow Shipping, but worth the wait.

I had a frustrating experience initially with 32 Degrees. After placing my order, the first tracking number I received was incorrect, and despite reaching out via email, I didn’t get any response, which added to my disappointment. However, my package eventually arrived, and I have to say that the quality of the product completely astonished me. It’s clear that 32 Degrees delivers on excellence when it comes to their products, and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. While the lack of communication and the tracking issue were frustrating, the incredible quality of the product made it worth the wait. I hope the company can improve their customer service to match the exceptional standard of their merchandise. Thank you for an amazing product—I look forward to shopping with you again!

It came after 5 days. It was the vest and fit great and very comfy. A steal at 14.99

I bought the WOMEN'S LIGHTWEIGHT POLY-FILL PACKABLE HOODED JACKET BLACK / L, $19.99. I had been searching for a few months for the perfect choice. I saw this company in Wirecutter (NY Times). It just arrived so I cannot speak to how it will wear over time, however what I like is: - The price is unbelievable - amazing. - At 5 feet tall, 136 lbs the L jacket is the right length. This is not easy to find. - The length of the arms is perfect. - I love that it has a hood, in case I do not have a hat with me when I am out. - It's lightweight and not too puffy and bulky. One thing that is not ideal is that the jacket is a bit big (the width), but just a bit. In the back at the waist - that is the main area that I wish was a bit tailored in for a more hourglass shape. So it's a tiny bit boxy in shape for me but the length - at the upper to mid thigh makes up for that. The proportion looks right. I didn't want to exchange it for a M because I am not sure if the M would be too tight. So I'm keeping this jacket and looking forward to wearing it.

Unmatched value. The quality isn't refined but the style, serviceability and PRICE are amazing. I first bought 6 pairs of no-show socks for $7.99 including shipping! I was still skeptical so over the next few weeks, I washed them in my washing machine - they held up perfectly. So....I bought 6 more pairs of the socks, a hoodie and a pair of pants for - wait for it - $14.99 including shipping! The socks are of course good and the hoodie amazing - the pants weren't quite what I expected so at these prices - I'll donate them. A win all around!!

The prices are very good. it might take a little time for the stuff to come but at those prices. I'm in no rush
