We apologize that the Click Outdoor Rocking Chair was unexpectedly delayed. We received your request to cancel your order on 8/25/25 and when the request was sent to the warehouse, your order was in a shipped status, so we provided tracking details to you and offered to cover the cost of the return if you preferred to return the item once received. In understanding your request to cancel, we worked with the warehouse to intercept the shipment and have it returned to sender, and a refund was issued on 8/29/25. We confirmed with our Accounting Department that the refund was issued to the card used on the order, and our Customer Support team provided you with a screenshot of the refund transaction.
