In reviewing your order, we see that you connected with our Support team by phone on 12/12/25 and they received the details of your experience with your order and understood your request to cancel if delivery could not be completed in time for your needs. Support was able to explain that the order was booked for shipment and assigned a tracking number but had not been picked up by the carrier for transit yet. In the days after we spoke with you, we explored all available options to meet your delivery request, but unfortunately, we were not able to. On 12/18/25 we sent you an email to confirm that your request to cancel was confirmed and we processed a refund for you.
