I have never been deceived this badly. Their write up is literally a lie. Not even my kids sit on the sofa as it is so uncomfortable because it provides no support. You sit so low that your knees are under your chin and all my efforts to get them to do anything for me have gone unheeded. I have to sue to get my money back. I gave away a sofa I had for 10 years which never developed any of the issues this one had from day one. I now see others have the exact same concerns. This is not a sofa, it is crap. I even got injured because you end up hurting yourself from sitting so unstable. I am hoping to find a way to contact the other purchasers and sue this fraudulent company. Be aware of their return policy. It is mean to make it impossible to return and they make sure to give you the run around. I will report them.

The description of this sectional online is spot on! Seems to be high quality and very durable. I have a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning business,this material will be easy to clean yay! It was packaged well and very easy to set up. It is soooo comfy, I don’t want to get up!

I bought the GULLICHSEN CORDUROY CLOUD LOVESEAT for $2000 because the 25Home.com website says it’s ergonomically designed, the cushions can be removed and cleaned, and it got some good reviews. Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions pre purchase and the delivery was fast. The delivery man helped push it into my apartment which was helpful. I’ve had the sofa a few days and while sitting on it, I kept feeling like I was going to slip off the front of the couch. So, I got my measuring level out and took pictures of uneven seat cushions sloping forward. It’s very uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and explained several times with pictures showing the problem and they didn’t understand (with pictures). Finally, they suggested I fluff the pillows and sent fluffing instructions. I unzipped one of the cushions to look inside and the plastic zipper broke. Not to mention you can’t really remove the cushions because the buttons are sewn all the way through the cushions. At this point, I am livid. For $2000, I expected a better quality sofa with higher quality zippers, perfect seat cushions that don’t need fluffing right away, feathers poking through the fabric, and the ability to easily remove and clean the cushions without the zipper breaking the first it’s unzipped. Why are companies using cheap plastic zippers to make furniture? Metal zippers last so much longer! Also, the foam is not high density foam, it’s cheap thin foam. If the maker of this couch used higher quality materials, this could be a great couch. Unfortunately, it’s made cheaply and not worth the money and issues. I hope the company does what’s right and pick up the sofa and issue me a full refund so I can buy a new sofa. Update: The company offered me a $100 refund and to send a new seat cover with the same cheap zipper. I think those of us who have been swindled by this company should join together in a class action lawsuit to recoup our money back! Lesson learned: Don’t buy a couch until you sit on it and inspect the quality first. After reading more of the bad reviews, I can see others have experienced the same issues. And, it sounds like the company doesn’t care! I wish I could post pictures of the problems here! My recommendation is to visit a furniture store in person and try out couches and inspect the craftsmanship. This is how I will buy furniture moving forward!

To be honest, it was scary to buy couches "sight unseen." However, these two beautiful leather couches came well-packaged on pallets. Because the couches are high quality, the pieces are heavy, but were easy to assemble with a few tools. Five months in and we STILL love everything about them! It is great to buy directly from 25Home and skip paying the middle man! So pleased with this purchase. We recommend 25Home to everyone!

I'm so excited that I found 25home! I've been looking for a duplicate of a chair I bought about 8 months ago and couldn't find it anywhere. Well, I found it at 25home, and they had outstanding communication and customer service! My chair was shipped so quickly, and I will definitely be ordering more furniture from them again in the future! Thank you so much!

The delivery and set up, as well as your customer service were outstanding. The couch is very nice and good quality. However, it is very low and difficult getting off the couch as my wife is physically disabled. We think adding more pillows may correct this issue.

I finally got my couch! It’s exactly what I wanted. Super deep, soft and the color is amazing. it’s. It’s well made and doesn’t need assembly, except clicking the sections together. I’m super happy!
