Just spent some time chatting with Miajee. He was incredibly patient and walked me through the steps. I wish I had conveyed up front that I was trying to connect a 2nd tv to watch 2 games at the same time and was informed that it's an extra charge to hook up a 2nd device, so now I know. The other tv is a Fire TV and there was no problem. Thanks!

Marty gets 5 stars
Marty Byrd was a 5 star customer service rep today. I was in the customer service industry for 20 years so I know what good service should be like.. Marty took a lot of time with me answered all my questions some of them detailed and tedious. I felt the answers to my questions were honest and concise. I believe Marty should be recognized through some type of award program if you have one. If you don't have one, buy the guy a pizza or something. He was great.

The rep was very quick to answer my questions. I was able to down load my app without a problem. I haven't had a chance yet to use it for my 49er game on Sunday

They are scam artists
They are scam artists. They make their ad look like you are purchasing nfl game pass, but it’s not. They ignore your questions and do everything they can to not refund your money. Avoid them! Refund my money. No need for a phone call, about 15 emails should have done the trick. Quit pretending.

Best sports streaming of all time
I can't believe I had never heard of this service before my mother of all people found them and I will use there service as long as they exist because it is almost impossible to watch the games of my home team where I live and they make it extremely easy thank you for the service you are the best
