It always seems to take a lot of effort…
It always seems to take a lot of effort to get this to work. Tonight I was online for 90 mins trying to watch football. Mike was the 3rd agent I worked with and he finally got it right. It seems that they need to keep changing apps or trying to get you to use their box. I don’t want a box. Once it works the picture is HD but some glitches like most streaming.

UPDATE: Changed my review to 4 stars based on customer service..Have spent all day with multiple agents…
Have spent all day with multiple agents trying to get 247 to work on my Samsung tv to no avail. Contact with billing trying to get a refund just ends in a continuous cycle of billing telling me to contact agents and agents telling me to contact billing. If I get my money refunded I'll update to a 5 star for customer service.

The user help and the person named JACK…
The user help and the person named JACK deserves a raise. He determined the problem quickly. However the instructions on the Smart TV use and seriously lacking. Any intelligent person that reads and follows the instructions will find the information lacking. You ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE any symbols in the PW or it wont work. WHY DONT YOU ADD this fact to your instructions immediately. Please use this important feedback

Good (not great) option for sports fans.
Great access to the channels I want and I don't have to pay extra for channels I don't want. Its not ideal but they keep improving the service. Biggest concern is having to ask them to put a game on, rather than clicking on a team channel and the game is on. Happens frequently so you have to be ready to email them and request it if you dont want to miss the start of a game. Also, buffering issues on the bigger, more important games when a lot of people are watching, such as UFC fights which have the worst, most frequent buffering times.
