I am a long term UK based customer. I watch tennis and that is about all. This year every time I have been watching a match the service goes down. Especially during US Open including the final. Same happened today Sunday during Wta match with Sofia Kennin. I have asked what's going on but don't get answers. I don't think this service is as good as it used to be. Be aware.

I have tried for over 3 months to get reliable non buffering streaming of NFL games and or College Basketball and Football games. Nothing is any better than three months back it’s hit and miss. Yesterday and Today I was trying get NBC station out of Boston ( my time zone) No sound. After being told yesterday it would be fixed, it wasn’t. After about another hour and a half “ chatting “ I was told that those stations do not have sound on website, but I could listen on my phone?

I've used these guys for at least 4 yrs. now but don't let my longevity give you the impression that I like them or that they are competent ... there's merely a lack of quality competition in this area. I renew every football season and EVERY football season I suffer through these same issues: Their game schedules are always a week behind on their app/s so it's always difficult to find the game you want. There is ALWAYS a streaming issue and they ALWAYS blame it on a slow download speed ... even though I have one of Spectrum's highest speeds of of up to 500 mbps. Tonight I'm getting a soccer game on the channel that's supposed to be carrying Sunday Night Fooball and when I chat with them they say they have sent the issue to the scheduling team and it will be fixed immediately ... it's now halftime and given my previous experience I don't expect this issue to be solved at all. They potentially have a great idea but their implementation is clunky and frought with issues. If I could find something even a little better I would as 247TVStream is an exercise in frustration. ps: their excuse response below which doesn't even address the speed issue accurately and avoids all other concerns is very telling.
