The person I chatted with was very patient. The problem was that I’m not social media savvy, when it comes to solving the problem thru texting. So it took a while to understand what I was doing wrong. I didn’t understand the language. Case sensitive and all that, screen shots I don’t do them often enough to remember how to do it. So it took a few hours. Before I could figure it out
