This is a scam site. I too cancelled the day after I signed up. They keep telling me the refund will take 3-7 business days. It's been 12 business days and no refund, and no way to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update:9/23/2021 These people have no intention of giving a refund. Don't believe their claim that you can get a refund within 7 days. All you get from their "billing" is constant claims that a refund is coming, but I've been waiting over a month. As you can see from multiple reviews here, I am not the only one to get suckered by this. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Was so skeptical about this service when I first started my trial. But let me tell you how amazing their customer service is. I have never had to wait to talk to someone. I have not had a problem resolved with anything but professionalism. It may at times have a quick buffer but it’s nothing like the problems I’ve had throw Directv or Any of those others. I will be a customer of this service until it shuts down. Which will hopefully be never. Already started passing on how to create accounts to all my friends. Thank you for being a top tier service.

I have been enjoying 247 TV for a year now. It was time to renew and I could not figure out how to do it. I chated with Tomas Stuant who quickly sent me links to get me going. He even got me a great rate! I look farward to another great year of TV.

I just had two chat sessions with Robert Henrick regarding my renewal. Robert was awesome and walked me through the process to my compete satisfaction. This company responds quickly to concerns and questions. They offer great service and support. I had two sessions with Ray Han today. The first session concerned by renewal and whether the app now works on a Mac. His response was quick and accurate. The second session was a longer session with Ray sticking with me through my errors on getting me logged in and started. It is good that the chat program can accept screen shots so Ray could see what was going on. A picture is worth a thousand word.

Ray Han assisted with adding the iptv portal app to my Samsung TV. Not only did Ray respond immediately, he provided step by step instructions with pictures to boot. Thanks Ray, top notch service
