The account rep that handle my account was able to rectify login issues, where I had basically login into 2 separate accounts, but merge my password into my original account. my fault because i should have contacted them first. 24tv was dealing with the website being down. The account rep resolved my issue quickly, and found my payment and activated my account. This my 2nd year trying these guys out and i have not been disappointed.

GARY is the only agent to figure out what was causing the prob of not being able to use 2 devices at same time. Gary was GREAT!! All others gave excuses and deleting apps and reinstalling, all kinds of cray things. Thanks to GARY

Channels never work when you want to actually watch something. Pretty expensive for this to happen. There are other services cheaper and better. Customer service are grood at responding but never really fix the issues for the long term. They also state that if they cannot fix your issues they will refund you. Well clearly that is not true either. Stay away!

Love this app! Allows me to keep up with all my team's games (NFL, basketball, NHL). When I can't find the right channel, their support team is excellent at helping me find the right one.
