All channels buffer. Waste of time and money. Warning, Don't get. Sometimes, no one answers chat.

Hello Ken Janusz Jr, Actually, it happens due to slow internet speed or when the net speed fluctuates a lot. So the video keeps stopping or buffering... You must have 15 MB (minimum 5MB) of dedicated internet speed to stream smoothly. **Note it: 5MB Dedicated internet speed = 120MBps Shared Internet speed. We definitely value your comments. But before you publish your comment, you should have seen the reviews of our other customers. We are always determined to give our best. Best regards, 247tvstream com

I left a 1 star review simply bc I couldn't give it a -100. I subscribed to only watch the 2022 NFR on the Cowboy channel. By the time I finally got logged in I had already missed the first 48 minutes of the 1st performance. And there was no audio or full screen. Then, it started freezing up and buffering. I called my internet provider (surely it wasn't 247) and everything checked out. So I started asking for a refund. I've sent no less than 12 emails and all they tell me to do is log in and click on Live Chat which doesn't work and I have yet be able to access or contact anyone. Then they switched my term from 6 months to 1 month saying that's what I paid for. Thankfully I screen shot everything and have the proof. 247 will not even acknowledge my demand for a refund!!! Already checking my legal recourse and it'll be for treble damages. DO NOT PAY THIS PROVIDER ANYTHING!!
