Jack was awesome
Jack was awesome! It took some troubleshooting, but he never gave up. My router was blocking connection, once I allowed access we were good to go. Thanks Jack!

Rock solid.
Jack was very quick to help me. He was very efficient. My issue was solved and I’m quite happy. As I told him I’ve been using your service for about three years now and it has been stellar. It continues to be. Thank you very much.

NO ANDROID APP!!!
NO ANDROID APP!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Their Android App link doesn't work. I messaged there help chat multiple times, and never got any help about getting the app downloaded. They just keep running me circles to their website and the same undownloadable link. I'm having to watch through my email, through their message, and off their website, which causes extreme buffering. What a waste of $50 in an effort to watch the NFL games.
