I love the service. I just wish it had a 'search' function so that I could find what I'm looking for, instead of having to contact support or randomly checking channels. Live support has always been very helpful. :-)

This company uses chat and responds very quickly. It just hasn't done what it said it would. I'm trying to cancel and get a confirmation. They give you the feeling that you are being scammed or tricked. I have received no email they were supposed to send. I've tried to contact the billing dept. is there really is one. Very disappointed!

I have been with this company in excess of ten years and, mostly, perhaps with the exception of one of the support agents, they have been most helpful, polite and obliging. I have just had a problem and spoke to an Support Agent named Jack and he could not have been more helpful, especially as I am not great with computer, being quite old. He went out of his way to solve the problem and to make sure that I was happy.....thank you Jack

I subscribed to this streaming service a week ago. I have been trying via their chat as well as emails to cancel my subscription within the 7 days to cancel. I’ve been given the same email address to use to cancel by two different chat agents. Both emails have come back undeliverable. I am unable to use this streaming service because my smart tv is too old and don’t want to stream in any other device. I believe this service is a scam and will report it as such.
