Good site
Helpdesk was very helpful. Site is very easy to use. FYI- There is a way to get 8 hrs of lesson time: use Chrome - Staying Alive. Wish I knew about it before I stared at the screen for 8 hours fo no real purpose other than fufilling some VA bureaucrat’s edict. I could have avoided this speeding ticket if just went out and “protested” (being a criminal menace) by blocking traffic, harrassing police and the public, damaging property, to include monuments, and threatening people. Doing this is ok according to the state and you can avoid any fines, but driving at a comfortable speed on country road where the speed limit is set artificially low will have you staring at a screen for 8 hours and set you back $$.

The course was very informative and…
The course was very informative and user friendly. The test at the end however did not ask the questions that were on the quizzes for the most part and i felt that the quedtions that were ask weren't really relevant to the purpose of the course. The staff in customer service were most helpful. I especially appreciated all the help I received from Peter.

Good Choice
my only compliant was getting kicked out of the system, which corrected easily. Otherwise no issues with the course work or taking the test at a test center of my choice...

If I could give this site a zero, I would. It was incredibly slow and it malfunctioned frequently. Even the workers at the store where I took it said that it was really bad.
