Thank you for your great review, MC! We are happy to hear that the course pacing worked well for you, and we appreciate your feedback on the training materials. All materials presented in the course meet and, in many instances, exceed required curriculum guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. All of the course materials have been vetted by the Department of Motor Vehicles, including the testing questions. 247drive

Thank you for your awesome review, Kathy! Your description of your contact with our customer service representative is spot on, and we greatly appreciate the compliment. The creation and sending of the certificate of completion involves a human element. The certificate is now a standardized form authorized by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles and requires manual data entry before being emailed to the student. We certainly thank you for your patience and work hard to process the certificate as quickly as possible. 247drive

Thank you for your awesome review, Michael! We very much appreciate your lauding our customer service. We pride ourselves on providing helpful and timely service to our clients, and we value transparency. We want to ensure that you have all information before choosing your driver improvement clinic, that includes the price and expectations. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive
