Tamesha T.
It was very easy to navigate but there were some question's that were asked that weren't on the practice quizzes.
Response from 247driveOct 14, 2021
Thank you for your great review, Tamesha! We are delighted to hear the course was easy to navigate. We appreciate your feedback on the module review quizzes. We designed the quizzes to help summarize and reinforce the knowledge you gained in a particular training module. The quizzes are not all-encompassing; rather, they help to confirm a good portion of the materials learned. The final exam draws a number of questions from ALL training modules. You may, on occasion, see some overlap between the questions on the module review quizzes and the final exam. 247drive

First of all, the quizzes are full of trick questions where the only right answer is exactly what the course material said, even when it makes absolutely no sense. You have to go against common sense and choose an answer that is literally "Refusing the habits of distracted (driving) with a focus on (driving) is the best way to ensure safe driving." Then, when you complete the course, you get an email containing your certificate of completion for download so you can print it, but oh hold on! You have to download Adobe reader first, and it has to be on a PC, not mobile! That means you have to pay $9.99/month or you CANNOT open and print your certificate. No Adobe=no certificate, and if you have Adobe as a chrome extension and it happens to not be functioning? Well, you're just SOL. Maybe you'll get lucky and be able to download and pay for Adobe again.

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Elizabeth! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes. The certificate of completion was designed by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and is the only valid certificate accepted by the courts and DMV. The DMV also crafted the printing instructions. There is a link to the PDF reader in the printing instructions that allows you to download the PDF reader free of charge; you are under no obligation to make any purchase or subscribe to any service in order to download and use the software. The certificate of completion and the printing instructions are unilaterally the same--even if you choose a different driver improvement program you will receive the identical certificate and printing instructions. The individual clinic can only generate the certificate; it does not have the ability to alter the certificate in any way. 247drive
