Court O.
The course met the requirement and for the most part was great. I questions some of the information, such as the color of brake fluid, the quiz answer was red for brake fluid and I have never seen red brake fluid. Transmission fluid and power steering fluid is traditional red, brake fluid is clear. Another instance was questions on organ donation, the material said tissue donation could improve 75 people but when I did some research because I was curious, I found the average was 50. Finally I question how the time within the material was timed, it seemed as I went through it I was only using just a few minutes and did not match my timer. I finished all the material and had to go through it a second time to get the 8 hours. In the end it was informative, easy to navigate and meets the requirement. For that I am grateful, pleased and would recommend to others.

Thank you for your great review, Court Ordered! We are happy to hear that the course delivered for you. We also wanted to provide a little insight to the course materials. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to fill the remaining time with additional review of the materials. 247drive

Lots of great information! However, there were several cases where the course content did not seem to match up with the quiz questions. Therefore, I was only able to give it four stars.

Thank you for your great review, David! We are delighted to hear the course had lots of good information. We appreciate your feedback on the module review quizzes. We designed the quizzes to help summarize and reinforce the knowledge you gained in a particular training module. The quizzes are not all-encompassing; rather, they help to confirm a good portion of the materials learned. The final exam draws a number of questions from ALL training modules. You may, on occasion, see some overlap between the questions on the module review quizzes and the final exam. Additionally, all materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes. 247drive

I thought the course was a great refresher and was informative and the at-your-own-pace speed helped me feel at ease to understand what I was learning instead of feeling pressured by the aspect of time. I enjoyed it, definitely recommend!

Tracy
It was pretty easy to use. I would like it if it had an options to listen to someone read out the words for me. Also, when I take the quiz, it made me click an extra time to proceed to the next question. Other than those two items, the course was great.

Thank you for your great review, Tracy! We are happy to hear the course was easy to use. We are exploring the possibility of offering an audio version of the course which is still in a concept stage. We will definitely look into the technical difficulties you experienced during the module review quizzes--thank you for bringing that to our attention. 247drive
