Thank you for your awesome review, Isabella! We are pleased to hear that you found the course easy and simple to follow. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based only on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us (and out help desk staff) the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Virginia! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. So, while you may have completed the course in less than 8 hours, the DMV still requires you to meet the minimum requirements to take the final exam. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to complete the course within the 8-hour time requirement and then pass the final exam. The Virginia DMV requires all driver improvement clinics to report a student's course completion within 24 hours of the student successfully passing the final exam. This is done to allow those businesses that are not open around the clock (such as ours) to report the course completion in a reasonable amount of time. The course completion is transmitted manually to the Virginia DMV, and the certificate of completion is also manually generated--driver improvement clinics are not permitted to issue instant certificates of completion. We wish you would have reached out to us (or consulted the FAQs page) to answer any questions about the known delay in lieu of a low score review. We have staff available to answer questions during normal business hours. 247drive
