Works with your schedule because it’s online you log in any time you want. Passed first try and off to dmv once I get my certificate.

Thank you for your awesome review, Jcarlos! We are happy to hear that the online training format worked for your demanding schedule, and we appreciate your words of support! We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based only on price. Lengthy but worthwhile
It may come across as lengthy, but this online course provided great information and re-educated me on some new things as well as things I may have forgotten.

The course was quick and easy, but.
The course was quick and easy to get through, But the required 8 hours in the course to unlock the final. The timer on the site is broken, so it took me 17 hours across 3 days to get my 8 hours.
Response from 247driveOct 13, 2022
Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Colton! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. The website's timer is designed to capture the time you spend in the course engaged with the materials. The site will not capture any time if a student remains inactive on the site for more than 15 minutes. The student must remain active on the site for the timer to function properly. We have support staff ready to assist students with any technical difficulties they may encounter while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us with any questions about you may have had about the timer in lieu of a low score review. 247drive

Unfortunate
Beware; not upfront about relevant information in their terms and conditions. Edit: For context, I did reach out about a specific issue and was directed to the information residing in the terms and conditions. My point was that the terms and conditions are available on every page, but buried under other links and information less relevant to most customers. Nothing is hidden officially, but important notes to the customer are not made obvious.

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Te-Rique! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. We want to provide you with clarity on the Terms and Conditions of the use of our training course. The Terms and Conditions are found in multiple locations on the website, including at the bottom/footer of the home page, and during the initial student registration process. Specifically, when you create a student profile on our website and proceed to enroll in the course, you consent to abide by the Terms and Conditions. A hyperlink is provided so you can review the Terms and Conditions before you ever create a student profile and enroll in the course. We wish you would have reached out to us with any questions about you may have had about the Terms and Conditions in lieu of a low score review. We have staff available to answer questions during normal business hours. 247drive

8 hour course
The process for completion was easy and simple. We had 15 days to complete an 8-hour online course and the price was the best out of any other companies listed on the DMV website. Upon completion the certificate is sent directly to DMV as well. This was very helpful and the customer service was excellent.
Response from 247driveOct 2, 2022
Thank you for your awesome review, Marianne! We are excited to hear that the course format worked well for you. We have worked hard to create an environment that fosters learning and growth on a simple online platform. Thank you also for lauding our customer service--our staff works hard to exceed your expectations. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based solely on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive
