Poor customer service. I deposited £100 as a new customer and did not receive the £50 bonus, which I wanted to use at Cheltenham. Sent email to customer service, got an immediate reply saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. 2 days later I have not heard a thing.

They put my free bets on hold for no reason. Can't get hold of them on chat and they haven't replied to my email. Advise anyone with similar issues to complain to GB Gambling Commission for compensation.

I requested a withdrawal 12 days ago. Since they they have requested document after document and have now ‘self excluded me’ which is fine however they will not now send my withdrawal request and it’s impossible to get hold of them.

This company are scammers. Avoid at all cost. Terrible website and welcome bonuses you will never receive. Withdrawals are extremely hard to receive. Definiately not a ligitimate company. Steer clear.

Signed up for Cheltenham yesterday, won, made 2 withdrawals and all was fine, logged in Today, pending withdrawals have disappeared, accepted withdrawals empty and no money in the account, tried live chat 10+ times and never anybody available. Sent an email so I guess I will wait for a response. Easy to deposit, not easy to withdraw.
