Currently on my 4th day of waiting for my withdrawal. Was asked to send over a bank statement which I done straight away. Can't get a reply via email or live chat as the chat has you waiting 10 minutes for an advisor only to tell you to come back later. Advisors must be busy responding to other people chasing their winnings as judging by the reviews it's a lot of us.

Everything was fine until I wanted to withdraw my winnings. For some reason my withdrawal failed, I had to send them a bank statement, my banks address etc. Still no money. The only way you can contact them is by email as live chat always says come back later or email after you've waited for 10 minutes. Emails take days to get any response back. Avoid they will easily take your money then try and stop you getting any winnings back.

Deposited £50 and won nearly 3k. They closed my bet and withdrew my £50 stake back to my account. I then won a further £690 last week where they have emailed saying the withdrawal failed multiple times. Then asked for a bank statement too which I did, and still nothing. And they have since closed my account for no reason. Don’t use 247bet

I won a bet on horses and tried to withdrawal funds then got email saying i had to send bank statement which I wasn't too happy about but to be fair once I sent it the funds were in my account the next day credit where it's due

Non runner settled as loser, didnt honour the 3 x 10 pounds free bets either
