Been waiting 4 days for a withdrawal to be processed. Email received saying they couldn't action as my bank wouldn't accept which I've never heard of before. Tried online chat various times no one ever connects and sent 4 emails to which I've yet to have a response. Terrible customer service

Waste of money had welcome offer won hardly anything then another bonus won £20 with my £20 deposit didn't win a thing after that so avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money

Scam company, no sign of the free bets they promised on sign up, live chat a waste of space, never connects to an agent and e-mails are just ignored. Avoid these criminals like the plague

""TRUST PILOT INVESTIGATE"" Joined as new customer on Sunday 8th March, offer was 3 x £10 free bets, used 1 on Tuesday, attempted 1 on Wednesday, "activate free bet option was there, then said "rejected" logged out and in again and the option of "activate free bet" has totally disappeared, and still not there emailed them Wednesday 11th they said reply within 24 hours, heard absolutely nothing from them, and like others ive tried chat (about 10 times) and after waiting 15 mins, it just says there busy and to email them!!!! Clearly not honouring what they were saying when asking for our money, just lucky my £10 new customer deposit bet won and yes I was paid out for that but the point is they have not honoured all of my free bets.

Worried about a withdrawal after reading all the negative comments however my withdrawal was in my account within 2-3 hours. Sign up bonus is still dodgy though

Never ever wrote a review in my life and after reading most of these I was worried, deposited 20 yesterday, got upto 240, withdrew 80 today and absolutely no problems!

Honestly can not understand where all the negative reviews are coming from or why, very unfair if you ask me. So here is my honest experiences so far a legit kind fair betting site that offers great odds a fair welcome promotion and a fair amount of sports to bet on. They do honour their promises and I am very pleased from my experiences so far. Definitely plan to return with plenty of bets in the future and look forward to betting with 247Bet again
