Won’t send withdrawals even if you’ve sent every single document they’ve requested, more than once. Owe me £55 from 19th Feb and still haven’t got it and they’re still telling me I need to send documents. I’ve sent DL, bank statements and utility bill and still won’t pay out. Bunch of scammers

Where do I start, 247 has to be the worst betting website out there. From poor website experience to a very poor customer service. AVOID 247 at all costs. The low rating on here is for a reason, they are just poor at everything they do, so don't even bother signing up for 247. Don't say you haven't been warned. My bad experience started with navigating around the website, it's like being back in the 80s, can be hard to even place a bet. My first withdrawal was a nightmare, ended up taking 3 days to get back in my account. It would of taken longer had I not contacted customer support several times. Live Chat is a complete waste of time, you wait for ages in a queue and when you do get hold of anyone the 1st line support can't actually resolve any issues and you have to be put through to senior support team, again waiting an age to speak to someone. More often than not being told that nobody is available. Which has taken an hour to get this far, very frustrating. However my biggest issue is that my account was locked when I had a bet in play and I was unable to cash out for over £100 when I last looked. Again the customer support live chat was a complete waste of time as they were unable to help. I have complained about this and as expected they took no responsibility for their actions and thobbed me off with the usual "responsible Gambling" rubbish. great responsible gambling from 247 not allowing you to cash out over £100. I have asked many questions and not been given any answers other than "Responsible Gambling". Not usually one for a review but here it is. Opened account around the new year. Uploaded all relevant documents to become fully verified. Been using the site now and again due to the great amount of slot providers so a good amount of slots to choose from. Sportsbook is better than most with lots of markets to choose from. Bet builders with shots on target and fouls etc.... which a lot of bookies lack. Had a decent win few yesterday and put in for a withdrawal.
