I signed up to 247Bet, and all it showed was that you'd receive a 30 pounds free bet. When you then check the small print, that first bet has to be on 2/1 odds or more. Other betting sites give you that free bet, regardless of odds. I tried 4 times to go on their chat, but was cut off mid chat.

All going well until they closed my account for winning. It's actually a great site and selection. It's the casino where I won the most. Yet it's the only casino that has closed my account.

Withdrawals pending for months and verification is ridiculous. I just don't see what the issue is, just verify accounts in a timely manner. Absolutely no communication on this matter from them, I have had to constantly chase it up all the time. Shame, the promotions and bonuses are good, but totally let down zero support, no real follow up.

Gives a lot of fancy bonuses but has one of the slowest withdraw processes on the market , regulary ignored if you mail there customer service . Online chat help hardly active often ignored.

Poor site with a very poor deposit and withdrawal process, anything they tell you is a lie. Online chat isn’t helpful at all, there very kind and nice to you but you don’t actually get anywhere

They appear ok but when they asked for 2 hours worth of documents to verify after it already stated verified on the app this is unnaceptable. I put a £100 tariff if they want these docs or close the account. An own goal because i would of been a gr8 customer. Maybe they will pay my fees or sadly i am gone. I dont work for nothing. I suggest you do the same
